Get Ready for the 2018 AYC Open Regatta!

Start planning now for the most spectacular regatta in the Rocky Mountain Region! The Aspen Open is a premier event featuring one-design class and handicap racing on a lake known for its wild and unpredictable conditions. The sailing is sureal with snow capped mountain peaks rising in the distance while sailing in tee-shirts and shorts! The club offers tent and RV camping with a large swim beach and campfire area nearby. The action is pretty much nonstop from Friday till Sunday evening. 

This year's event will follow the same format as 2018. We have made changes to our kitchen/catering facilities in order to insure quicker food preparation and delivery. As always, we will have an exciting menu, great sponsors, live music and dancing under the stars, and racing that is always as exciting as it is unpredictable.
